MS8050 is a bench model DMM product that has high accuracy and high stability. Containing a 24 bits A/D converter and being controlled by a single-chip computer, it can operate for several ten measurement functions. It's five digits can count up to 53000. Not only DC, AC RMS, but DC and AC mixture signal's RMS can be measured for 1000V or 10A. The resolution of DCV is 1µV and the frequency band of voltage or current is about 20kHZ, which is sufficient for most electric measurements. MS8050 is also a frequency counter, which can test pulse frequency above 2MHZ or linear frequency above 200kHZ, including the frequency of current. The measurements of 50M ohm resistor, 5000µF capacitor, and maximum/minimum value, average value, relative value, power DB, diode, continuity are often useful for engineers. It has a memory function up to 30 full screen for saving test data, has a color fluorescent double digital display screen.
MS8050 is controlled and calibrated by software, non adjustable device, so it's stability for long time is guaranteed. The meter has a light-coupling RS-232C interface and a computer software, can display, draw, record all test processes on a computer. The graphic software has an exclusive dynamic scale, which can describe very small changes of electric parameters. MS8050 together with a computer becomes a very useful measurement recorder. The protection functions against some error operations get it's safety characteristic guaranteed. It is the best selection for factories, science research organizations, and laboratories in universities.
