Scoring & Creasing & Perforating Machine
Tabletop impact creasing and perforating machine that provides a simple economical solution for low volume or occasional creasing/perfing jobs. It creases and perforates on any angle up to 90°with a simple manual adjustment of perf, narrow or wide crease.
HCP315 offers great quality creasing and perforating of single sheets, for smooth folds and clean tear offs.
Perforates for food coupons, vouchers, etc;
Perforates up to 250gsmpaper;
Creases up to 400gsmpaper thickness;
0-90 degree creasing & perforating angle;
The mechanism is working with a knife and a v-shaped counter knife in order to be very smooth;
Millimeter scale runs along the sides;
Easy adjustment of front, rear & angular paper guides;
Easily move from perforation, narrow or wide scoring blades
Simple manual adjustment required to change codes.
Includes 1 scoring blade & 1 perforating blade.
Description
The creasing & perforating machine is designed for the final processing of graphical materials.
The grooving finish allows for the smooth folding of publicity materials, annual reports, wedding cards, invitation cards, seasonal cards, menu, and so on.
The advantage is perfect design, precision and high quality service.
The perforated finish is applied on tear-off paper products such as admission tickets, vouchers, food coupons, etc.
A millimeter scale is running along the sides of its base.
It is used to adjust the front, rear, and angular stop.
In the process of creasing, the paper weight can up to 400gsm.
The width of crease is 1.2 / 1.8mm. And its creasing angle is 0 ~ 90°.
It is convenience for transformation. Substitute the upper grooving bar with a perforation of paper whose maximum weight is 250gsm.

1. Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and the bellows not apply to any:
u Improper or inadequate maintenance
u Misusage and mishandling
u Damaged by a wrong voltage use
u Physical damage(for example, dropping the parts on the floor or into water, broken case, etc)
2. What is the repair, exchange & refund policy?
Exchange and refund only on big defective units (beyond repair).For buyers' used machines, we only can support repair service.
Repair: We provide free spare parts (just include the main board and motor) within the warranty period. Buyer should provide serial number and photos of defective machines, but buyer should pay the shipment charges and return us the broken parts.
Exchange: If you reported problem to us in one month on arrival of the machine, we accept the exchange. Buyer needs pay the ship back sea freight and the sea freight for new machine.
Refund: If you reported problem to us in one week on arrival of machines, we accept the refund, but we only refund you the payment after receiving the returned goods.
3. What about when one year warranty over time?
We still offer the repair service to you when the warranty time is over, even we can offer you the repair service in the whole life of machine.
