Integrated hammer crushing and dividing machine to crush coal for analysis
Typcial applications
It is used for making the coal, coke or medium hard material samples to the size of less than 13mm, 6mm, 3mm (Adjustable) and the weight of 1/2-1/16 of feeding material for component analysis by impact crushing, mixing, dividing and cleaning continously; it is especially suitable for sample preparation work in the laboratory of industrials of coal, electricity, nonferrous metal, metallurgy, chemic, environment-friendly department, scientific research and so on.
Features
1. It can achieve the crushing, mixing, dividing and cleaning automatically without manual operation.
2. Automatic cutter-chute division system make sure the representativeness of the samples.
3. The main parts are made of special material which has 3-5 times longer service lift than the normal one.
4. Full-sealed design and equipped with dust extracting outlet which meets the requirements of environment protection, and the openable door makes daily maintenance more convenient.
5. It can work normally on the flat ground without fixing any base.
