Kidney Tray

These dishes are all suitable for being sterilised with an autoclave machine. They are usually accompanied by a stainless steel instrument tray to keep all your equipment in a thoroughly sterile environment. The kidney dish shape is ideal for use in the medical procedures as the curved, concave edge can be pressed against the curves of the body and used to catch debris or fluid from the procedure.
