The A series adopts 5.5Kw electrical spindle up to 24000rpm.
Three axes with strong feed torque, large stroke and heavy load, it can mill and engraving, suitable for small parts machining.
Castings are made through resin sand molds. Pass the multi-step aging to relieve the internal stress of the castings and to ensure the machining accuracy.
The structure of the machine tool is optimized by finite element analysis to get the best rigidity and stability.
High density material has good shock absorbing and stability. The worktable moves smoothly and stable in heavy cutting.
Three axes configured high precision linear guides, It is high rigidity, low noise and low friction thus the axes moves fast and accurate.
Three axes adopt high torque and high precision ball screws with NSK TAC series bearings. The ball screws are pre-load to keep precision from heat when rotating fast.
Axes are driven by powerful AC servo and transfer by Germen R+W high torque coupling. The great feed power, high response and excellent cutting performance are archived.
Three axes are lubricated by thin oil. Adopt detective volue lubricate system, fed by accurate oil distribution indirectly. The distributor allows for visible observation of the operation condition providing easy preservation and maintenance.
The nice sheet metals are painted by imported paint. Lambdoidal guards provide good protection from chips.
