diesel engine hydraulic rock split tool for demolition
The hydraulic stone splitter is a kind of hand-hold splitting and demolition tool. It can controllably split rock or concrete. Especially suit for cabined area where large machine can not work.
Such as the place where is strictly limited of noise, dust, flying debris, shake, exhaust gas. Especially widely use in the place where need non-explosive and blast forbidden.
Machine working principle ~
Phase 1
Drill a hole in precise diameter and depth based on the model of Hydraulic splitter you chose. The hole is for splitter wedge set inserted into it.
Phase 2
The wedge is driven forward under hydraulic pressure, forcing the enlarging counter wedge get into the holes, the material split within seconds.
Phase 3
With enlarging counter wedges the split can be expanded to its maximum width. After the split work, you can control the handle to take back wedges. Start next work.
Before use hydraulic stone spliter into your work, you should chose a type of rock splitter first. You can following the steps below:
1. Vertical split chose: DS80
Horizontal split chose: DS90
2. According to the hole diameter & hole depth you would drill to chose A-E Series of every model
3. Machine allow 1-10 pcs splitters working together one time. The more you use, you can split more large stone one time. Usually client will chose 6 pcs
4. Now after chose right model of splitters & quantity. You can chose the engine of power pack.
5. After the former steps, you are successful in chosing a right set for your goods. Our machine won't let you down.
