Japanese anchovy; AnchovyIt is warm-temperate pelagic small-sized fish, chiefly distributed in Zhoushan waters of East Sea, Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea of China. Flesh is tender and with a higher fat content. Anchovy can be used for fresh-eating or processed into dried products "anchovy", anchovy end, fumigating fillet, dried meat floss, canned fish and fishmeal. The Anchovy processing products of Zhoushan mainly use anchovy harvested from Zhoushan fishing ground.
