Blackmouth goosefish; Angler(fish); Monkfish; Japanese angler; Yellow goosefish; Fishing-frog; MonkfishAngler fish is offshore warm-water ground fish and distributed in South Sea, north of East Sea and Zhoushan sea area. Yellow goosefish is offshore ground fish, distributed in north of East China Sea and Yellow Sea. Flesh is tight, thick, flexible and rich in VA and VC. It is high-nutrient food, gelatin can be made from fish skin, liver oil can be taken from fish liver and fish bones can be made into fishmeal, it can be processed into frozen monkfish fillets, dainty monkfish paste. The Monkfish processing products of Zhoushan mainly use Monkfish harvested from Zhoushan sea area.
