Laser Cutting
By combining speed with precision, Laser cutting is great for production and prototyping runs of all sizes given upfront costs are significantly reduced by minimizing tooling and setup requirements.
CNC Punching
Our CNC Punch Press is equipped with fully rotational punching heads permitting the fabrication of a wide variety of parts embedded with a mix of punched holes and shapes at different sizes.
Metal Forming
We utilize a number of different press brakes that allow us to process precision formed parts. Our advanced equipment enables us to perform some of the most challenging sheet metal bends.
Machining Services
We are capable of providing a range of complementary, in-house machining processes, including CNC milling, drilling, turning, tapping and boring.
Welding
We offer a complete range of welding capabilities including MIG, TIG and Spot Welding. Precision fixtures can be made so your high tolerances can be maintained.
Finishing
We utilize the expertise of several local sources for special finishes, including anodizing, electropolishing, plating, and powder coating, which allows us to ensure quality and consistency.

No, we only do OEM orders, even for open mold design, we need to re-produce.
Q5: How should I start with a OEM design( customized design)?
You need to give us a design or a real sample, then we offer to you.
Q6: What’s you need to make a new mold for OEM design?
You need to give us 2D/3D file or real sample to mold making.Also we can create a 3D file for you, you need to provide the rough shape and size information.
Q7: What’s format file you need for customized design?
For mold: PDF, STP, IGS, DWG, CRD .
For printing: PSD, PDF, AI .
Q8: What’s information you need to have a quotation?
Your items’ height, diameter, weight, material, packaging details, LOGO printing file.
Q9: How much for a sample making in OEM design?
We only charge for OEM design mold and sample making cost for first sample.If you need printing, then we will charge the printing sample cost.
Sample time is 5 days including printing.
