Soil geotextile PET Nonwoven Description
Geotextile is a new construction material, which the raw material is polypropylene fiber,polyester fibre,acrylics,nylon and other high polymer, without chemical additives and heat treatment. It is environment friendly construction material.
Based on the length of the fiber, it can be divided to Filament Geotextile and short Filament Geotextile. The tensile strength of filament geotextile is higher than short filament geotextile. The unit weight is from 100g/m2 to 800g/m2. Getextile has excellent mechanical properties, superior water permeability, filtrability and deformation adaptive faculty, at the same time, it can resist to corrosion and also anti-ageing. It can isolate,filtration,dewatering,protect,firm,strengthen.
Soil geotextile PET Nonwoven Features:
1.Geotextile has good air permeability and water permeability which can pass the water out and intercept the sand running-down
2.Geotextile has high water diversion property, it can form drainage passageway, transpire the surplus liquid and gas
3.Geotextile has high water permeability even under the pressure of soil and water
4.Geotextilecan spread, transfer or decompose the concentrate stress effectively to avoid the soil be damaged by outside affection
5.To prevent the freestone upper and lower level, soil and concrete mixed
6.Polypropylene fiber or polyester fiber and other chemical fiber as raw material, acid-alkali-proof, non-corrording, non warm-eaten,antioxidant
7.Light weight, convenient to use, easy construction, shorten working-period, increase economic efficiency
8.Make use of geotextile to strengthen the tensile strength and anti-deformation property of soil, increase the stability of building structure, and also improve the soil quality
Soil geotextile PET Nonwoven Application:
1. Construction fabric and road bed cloth using for road/rail way/high way ;
2. Filter projects underlay fabric;
3. Water project underlay matting fabric and bank protection;
4. Agriculture using, such as irrigation projects matting fabric, vegetables shelters protection and to be used as geo bags, growing bags etc.
5. Medical using: surgical gowns, protective clothing, disinfection pack cloth, mask, diapers, cleaning cloth, wipe, wet face towels, magic towels, soft towels,feminine hygiene and disposable healthy cloth etc.;
6. Industry using: water proofing fabric, reinforced material, filter material, automobile decorating cloth, insulation materials, cement bag, etc.;
7. Garment lining, fusible interlining, shoulder pads, sleeve article cage, shoes lining fabric, hat lining, bag lining etc.;
