1.Electrical heating reaction vessel
Product features:
1. Principle: the principle of electrical heating the reaction kettle is insert electric heater in the jacketed heat conduction oil,
using thermal oil as medium is introduced into the wall of a kettle, make the material inside the kettle is heated response.
Reaction pot consists of pot, stainless steel tube body, jacket, mixer, shaft sealing device and bearing, shaft sealing device
is divided into packing seal and mechanical seal.
2. HY-803 Two Component Floral Foaming Machine
Product Feature:
1.Main unit: Material injection by a precision needle valve, which is taper sealed, never worn, and never clogged;
the mixing head produces complete material stirring; precise metering (by a precision metering pump);
single button operation for convenient operation; switching to a different density or color at any time.
2.Control : Microcomputer PLC control; TIAN electrical components exclusively imported to achieve the goal for
automatic, accurate and reliable control can be imputed with more than 500 working position data; pressure,temperature
and rotation rate digital tracking and display and automatic control; abnormity or fault alarm devices. Import converter
(PLC) can control eight different product ratio.
3. Foaming mould
Product Feature:Using automatic electrical heating temperature control system, make floral foam heated evenly,
temperature is consistent. And make floral foam forming rules, uniform density, hardly any waste generated.
4.Cutting machine
Product features: computer control, simple operation. Equipped with suction machine, greatly reduces the floral foam powder pollution, make working environment more healthy.

We can provide help buyer print logo on the foam and carton.
3.Do you accept customized order ?
YES. We can arrange opening the mould according to customers’ requirement.
4. What is the normal lead time ?
(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-24hours after we receive your payment.
(2). For surface handing products, the delivery time is within 7-10 work days after we receive your payment.
(3). For products we never manufactured , we could open the mould if needed.
5. What is your selection of shipping method ?
(1). For small trial order, international express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable.
(2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
6.How do you control the quality ?
We do 3 times leakage test before packing.
7.If any defective floral foam, how do you deal with ?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective floral foam.
