M,AH and HH model pumpel pumps are cantilever and horizontal centrifugal slurry pmps.They are designed for the handling highly abrasive,high concentration slurries.They are widely used in metallurgy industry,mining industry and so on.The pumps of this model also can beinstalled as multi-stage series pumps.
Pump body of M,AH model pumps have wearable metal liner or rubber liner pumps.The impellers are made of wearable metal or rubber.Both the liner and impeller for HH model pumps are made of wearable metalonly.
The shaft seal system of M,AH and HH model pumps packing seal,centrifugal seal(or mechanical seal).The exit of pump canbe divided into eight parts,each of which is 45 degrees.So it can fulfill the different requirements that handling slurry to different directions.
BRIEF INTRODUCTION:
Consulting the pump performance curve,the selected flow range of pumps should be as follows:
M,AH MODEL PUMP:
To high concentration,high abrasive,it is 40-100%
To medium concentration,medium abrasive slurry,it is 40-100%
To low concentration,low abrasion slurry,it is 10-120%
HH MODEL PUMP:
To medium concentration,medium abrasion slurry,it is 40-80%
To low concentration,low abrasion slurry,it is 40-100%
(The flow which is relevant to the max.Efficiency is 100% at a certain rotate speed)
