ZJ SERIES SINGLE STAGE ,SINGLE SUCTION,CENTRIFUGAL MODEL SLURRY PUMP
ZJ series single stage,single suction,centrifugal model slurry pump are desined and developed by our company.This series pumps are energy saving ,high efficiency pump which brings in domestic and foreign advanced technique.There are upright structure pumps and horizontal structure pumps.The diameter of horizonal pump exit is from 40 to 300mm.And for the upright model,it is from 50 to 150mm.They are desined in a complete range of sizes and specifiactions to meet the needs of clients.
It is designed with reseanable hydraulic design.Flow parts are made of hard alloy cast iron or rubber.According to the different requirement on the pumps,the shaft seal types can be mechanical seal ,packing seal,impeller or compound seal.This series pumps have many features,such as high efficiency,reasonal structure,not heavy,long service life,reliable performance,low noise and etc.They are widely used in the field of metallurgical industry,mining inductry construction industry etc.They can be used to handle corrosive slurry or corrosive,mortal,ore magma.The weight concentration can reach sparately to 45% and 80%.According to different technological processed,this series of pumps can be designed as series multi have been reached to the advanced domestic standards.
This series pumps are more popular in domestic.Also,some of them were exported and earned public recognition.It passed ISO-9001 Quality System Certification in 1999 because of its reliable performance and other feature.
