Bi-metal mud pump liner for drilling rig parts
1. We produce double metal cylinder, using the most advanced centrifugal metal casting technology, forming a rough cylinder liner, liner and jacket tightly secure.
2. After heat treatment and machining, its inside liner has a substantial increase in hardness and roughness and also the higher quality in the same industry-leading .
3. The coat of cylinder liner is made of carbon steel (ZG45 steel), and its inside liner is made of high chromium alloy iron, which ensures that cylinder head hasgood wear-resistance.
4. Its HRC of cylinder liner is more than 62.
