5. Characteristics: 
 (1) Unique dual ceramic membranes cartridge  (Patent No. ZL200510033632.9)
a. Entirely removes bacteria in water like Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Vibrio cholerae, Legionella pneumophila, Giardia intestinalis.
b. Filters out particles down to 0.1 micron — compare to the best commercially available unit that can only filter down to 0.2 micron!
c. Entirely removes suspended contaminants of algae, worms, dusts, etc.

6. Normal operation: 
1) Screw the cover off the bottle until it is open, the black activated carbon cartridge is connected with the cover. Pick out the white ceramic cartridge from package, and then insert the ceramic cartridge into the bottom of the black activated carbon cartridge.
2) Pour untreated water into bottle. Screw the cover with the ceramic and activated carbon cartridge onto (clockwise) the bottle.
3) Close the air valve (clockwise) near by the rubber bulb.
4) Repeatedly squeeze the rubber bulb until the filtrated water flow out from the output hose.
5) Adjust the output hose to let filtrated water flow into container.
6) After filling water container with filtered water or meeting your requirement, stop squeezing the bulb, open the air valve (counter-clockwise) to let the air inside the bottle release, otherwise the filtrated water will still continue flow out.
7) Screw off the cover, pour out the remnant water in the bottle, then screw the cover back onto the bottle again.
8) Store the sport water filter in the water-proof cloth bag. 

7. Cleaning method: 
If the filter pores of the ceramic are clogged, the ceramic needs to be cleaned with water, if necessary with the supplied abrasive paper.
