The Swing T-Shirt Heat Press Machine platen measures 50cm x 40cm which will accommodate the vast majority of sublimation products on the market. The digital display is easy to use and sympathetically programmed to allow calibration if required.
Another exciting feature is the base platen which is positioned on a roller track. This allows you to dress the press with your garment without possibility of burnt knuckles. 1:Image Printing
Get your image from digital camera, scan, and memory card or designed by yourself, then print out in an inkjet printer.
Note: Sublimation ink & paper and mirror printing is essential
2:Image Cutting
Select your favorite picture and cut the printed paper in a proper size.
Note: The size is a little large than the size of printing sheet.
3:Printed Image Fixed
Make sure the printed paper area fit for printing products. Then, fasten them by heat resistant tape to confirm no move when the pressure testing.
4:Printing Process
1.Turn on the power switch, adjust the temperature time to reqirements.
2.When the normal temperature attain, change switch to the " move" position, try to hot the needs product, when the quantity approve only then transforms to the " auto" position to massproduce.
3.When the switch transfers to" move" position, press “with the hand to starts” manually make the hot plank gets down under the pressure works, as the time to the automatic rise. In the process, if discovers the position is wrong, press the button of “urgent stop" immediately” to stopping very hot pressing. When switch to “automatic” position, only push the hot plank to the very position to be automatic presses. Then it will automatic descend press…
