Framed Packs Improve Sealing Effect, Reduce Changout Time
There are three rimmed filter discs constructed of single layer of woven wire mesh, and they three have different sizes.

Walcoom could provide framed packs with desired sizes and mesh combinations against order. Single or multiple layers of woven mesh cloths are encapsulated in an aluminum binding. The rigid form of framed packs helps control the flatness of the pack, improving sealing and consistency of itself. Most of them could be used in the plastic or rubber melt filtration process and are of the highest quality. Various configurations including single or multi-layer designs, rim bound, spot-welded and raw edge are supplied.
