I.Features
1) .Designed specifically for use in wave solder operations
2) .Mostly made from plastic and aluminum etc.
3).Working temperature: 200degree, max 280degree (10~20s).
4).It is fixed on Top Hat and wave solder pallets
5). The part which positioning wave solder pallets and cover plate fixtures/Top Hat of pressing components .
II.Function and Application
Remarks: below picture part is #25 without surface treatment.If clients need,the aluminum part on dowel pin can have natural anodix oxidation.Current dowel pin is made two part( one part:aluminum material and another part:iron with electroplated nickel).If client required stainless steel material for dowel pin,we can customize for clients specially.Hope clients provide drawing for us.Appreciated.

V.Package Process:
1).500pcs as a bag, with packed PE bag
2).Then put into 400mm x 300mm x 300mm paper carton
3).Finally,used PE protective film packed.
