Automatic thick sheet (plate) vacuum forming machine series
Main features:
Technological process: feeding – correction – heating – molding – unloading, five steps
l 1 upper and lower electric furnace adopts imported heating tube, sheet(plate) heated evenly, has vertical and reverse function, make products more uniform in wall thickness, especially for more than 5 mm thick plate blister processing has more prominent effect;
l High degree of automation: PLC computer control, according to customer’s request the optional add the storage compartment and the automatic feeding device, no need for manual feeding and unloading, reduce unsafe factors and the labor intensity;
l Low energy consumption: furnace adopts imported infrared heating tube, plate uniform heating, the heating plate heat up quickly (2-3seconds able to reach the temperature), lamp automatically open when the furnace propulsion, furnace tubes automatically shut down after furnace return, reduce unnecessary energy loss, 30% power save more than other forming machines. Adopting the advanced digital temperature control, power voltage is not affected by the network, automatic correction. Comparing ordinary machines our machine is saving 30% electricity;
l Low cost of moulds changing: automatic infinite activity template window, when you want to replace the mould, you can operate it by PC to adjust the outer frame (length and width is adjustable), to adapt the different sizes of mould, which is greatly save the cost of the mould changing. Window, it’s effectively regulate various size mold.
l (ABS, PP, PS, PVC, EPS, HIPS, PE, HDPE, PC, PMMA, EVA, PETG, PETGAG) of thermoplastic processing. In the corresponding mold it can manufacture: inside and outside car decoration, household appliances liner, refrigerator inner liners, door plank, lighting, bags, decorative accessories, children’s slide, furniture, sanitary ware, lamps and lanterns, toys, arts and advertising signs, traffic signs, tray liner (such as: industrial pallet) and various of materials such as plastic products.
