Ductile Iron Pipe Fittings ISO2531, ISO4422, EN545, EN598, BS4772,

1) Standard: ISO2531, ISO4422, EN545, EN598, BS4772, AWWA C110, GB13295. 

2) Material: GGG500-7 & 400-12 or ASTM-A-536 Grade 80-55-06 or other ductile iron.  
           
3) Coating: fusion bonded epoxy coating; cement lining inside, zinc primer and bitumen painting. 
outside; bitumen painting inside and outside; red anti-rust coating.   
                                                
4) Packing: wooden cases with plastic layer, wooden pallets with plastic layer. 

5) Accessories: gaskets, bolts and nuts available upon request.    
                                              
6) Type: Flanged pipe fittings, push-on Tyron socket fittings, ductile ironfittings K type bolted gland fittings, AWWA C110 flanged pipe fittings.   
                                              
7) Color: We usually fittings for the color blue and red,some ,orange. Color 5051 5005 3009 3091/ External coated with rich zinc, more than 150g per square meter, plus bituminous paint in accordance with ISO 8179, also can paint/epoxy painting as per customer requirement. 

8)Internal coated: with cement mortal lining in accordance with ISO 4179 ,Or Fusion Bonded Epoxy. 
  
9) Processing technique: Sand cast and lost foam/centrifugal casting. 

10) Inspection: foundry in – house ,SGS inspection.
