Introduction

Soybean protein food processing line is a new kind of inflating processing line which is produced and developed according to our rich experience and the requirement of food market. This line adopts low-temperature soybean powder as main materials to produce new food which looks like muscle and has the sense of mastication. This kind of food has high nutrition and can be widely applied in many industries: ham, cam, fast-food, instant-cool food etc.

The machine use low-temperature soybean meal or peanut meal as raw materials, produce new foods such as lean meat state (commonly known as artificial meat),looks like muscle and taste like mastication.It can be widely used in ham, sausage, canned food, fast food, frozen food production . Nowadays, with the increasing of people's lives,Jinan Chenyang artificial plant meat production is not only nutritional but also the health benefits to the human body, 54 % plant protein to be much higher nutritional than the animal protein.

This line can be used to produce plant pretein food, used in ham,cam,fast food,instant-cool food.

About installation and after-sale service system: 

1. We can provide factory layout according to customer’s factory size in advance.

2. When we received your deposit of this order, we will ask our engineers to prepare to apply the visa, when the corn flakes processing line arrived your country, and we will send two engineers to go and help you to install the corn flakes line, teach your worker(3-4 workers) how to operate the corn flakes line, until your worker know the corn flakes line well.

3. Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. and we have responsibility to provide technology support with you forever.

4. Our engineers can provide basic formula for producing the corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snack food etc. and help customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula.

5. We provide the spare parts will at preferential price for an extended long time.

The plant and samples:

Payment term:40% of total amount by T/T in advance as down payment, we will complete the whole line within 50days, the rest 60% paid by T/T after the buyer test the machine in seller’s factory or we take video for buyer and before we make delivery.

The total Contract price is a firm and fixed price on the basis of FOB Qingdao

Package: Wooden pallet for export, fit for multiple handing and long distance marine shipping.

Delivery time: Seller should get all the goods ready and ship the goods to the destination port within 40 days after receiving the total amount price.

Quality guarantee terms: equipment shall be guaranteed 12 month, without destroyed by some people. Enclosed the whole line, we will give you some spare parts, such as heating ring, spanner, etc. for free. The spare parts shall be supplied at preferential price for an extended long time.

Installation and training: we will send our engineer to install and train in your company, on condition that you should supply the go and return air tickets, the accommodation, the food for our engineers and also pay USD55 each person per day.
