Product Description
Cabinet heat exchangers is specially designed for telecom cabinet and electric cabinet, in order to remove heat generated by electric equipment (such as PLC, converter machine, relay, driving system, telecom module); It provides the electric cabinet with an environment of ideal temperature and humidity, isolating dust and moisture. Product side mount on indoor and outdoor cabinet. By using air conditioner series can prolong lifetime of the electric products and greatly improving the system’s reliability

DC vension vs. AC version heat exchanger
1. DC version is recommended comparing AC version HEX since it is PWM Speed controlled and much more efficiency.
2. DC version is vey suitable especially for residential area since the noise can be controlled under acceptable level.
3. DC version can provide emergency cooling when mains loss.
How to select cooling capacity
- The heat exchanger capacity normally expressed in *** W/K method, it means the product can dissipate *** W heat load for every one degree temperature difference between inside cabinet and ambient.
- A quick method for find out cooling capacity1.1-1.3(factor considering the size and stucture of cabinet,solar radiation)* Q(heat load of cabine)÷Delta T( expected temperature defference between inside cabinent and ambient)
The heating function selection
- Normally heater need to have for cold area,the size of heater need to be considered per cabinet size,temp.level,site location;
- Normally the inside temp. should be kept under 10 degree when selecting heater size.
Tips for installation
- When install the product under severe condition like dusty, high temperature,please make sure no the ambient temperature not over 70 degree,and make sure clean product quarterly;
- Make sure the external circle well centilated,not been blocked by surrounding obstacles,make sure no air short cutting;
- Make sure the product well mounted and attached on your enclosure,make sure sealing tight engough to avoid air leakage.
