Rosemount 405 compact orifice flowmeter series designed for closed-loop control and MCGS area. By supplying a whole set simplified installation flowmeter, it leaves out the need of accessaries, connecting pipeline, valve, tube union and valve bank so as the design decreases main installation cost of DP flow rate measurement point. As the integration of Rosemount pressure transmitter and 405 compact orifice primary element, we supply the peak performanced differential pressure flowmeter which delivered after assembling, measuring and pressure testing, and the installation is at anytime.

405 compact orifice has two types: adjustable orifice and standard orifice. 405 compact adjustable orifice is an ideal choice for finite straight segment. The distance between the interference in the upper and 405 compact adjustable orifice is only 2 times longer of pipe diameter, but it still reaches accuracy of 0.5%.

To compare with traditional installation, this saves up 50% of the cost.
