c) Main Character:1. adopting rigid structure, the centre spindle is not influenced by the weight of the thread reel，then its rigidity intensity is high, and the whole capacity is perfect, and running speed is rapid.
2. Thread reel is pressed on with electromotion and manipulate by hand ,each of which has machine locked safeguard.
3. It can be equipped with centralized up-down reel according to your requirements.
4. Pay-off tensile force is invariableness which is controlled by machine friction or pneumatic tensile force.
5. This machine outfits the most advanced pulse parking equipment. This part controls the thread reel directly, when any thread reel does not work or the thread runs out, the whole machine will brake automatically in time, so it solves the intractable problem that the machine can not be repaired easily when the thread is disconnection.
6. It sets up single thread pre-spiralling unit, so the thread is not falloff after twisting.
7. Double wheel and double capstan of haul-off strengthens the traction capacity. The pneumatic pressing equipment will make the thread not disperse and stranding pitch stabilize.
