The furnace includes loading, heating, flat quenching, unloading , blowing  and control sectins.

1). Adopting Jet Convection heating technology and have a flat quenching section and a bending quenching section

2) Each bending system has one individual fine adjusting device, slightly adjusting the local curve necessarily for the best possible quality products. 
3). Adopting precise screw pairs in bending mechanism, which ensures smooth curve of bent glass. There will be no accumulated error in bending mechanism. 
4) Different curves can be set and achieved by simply input the numbers via human-machine interface. With precise screw pairs in bending mechanism and servo control system, the end products are of high quality.
