Product Description

 

PE-RT(Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance)Pipe
PE - RT pipes and fittings use ethylene/octene copolymer as main raw materials. It is produced as the high-temperature resistant piping according to CJ/ T175 – 2002 production.

 

Advantages of PE-RT Pipe:
Excellent thermal stability and long-term compression performance in heating, hot water system(up to 95 Degrees Celsius), more than 50 years under proper use.
1. The pipes can be used in the systems of heating and hot water (up to 95 Celsius degrees) for above 50 years because of their excellent thermostability and long-term pressure resistance.
Flexibility, ease  operation, can be coiled and bending in operating, the bending    radius is small (R = 50D), and not rebound. Bent part of stress can quickly get relaxation, avoiding the process as stress concentration caused by pipe bending failure occurred. In the operation of low-temperature environments do not need preheating to pipe. it's very easy to operate, and it can reduce costs. 
2. The pipes can be coiled and bended for their outstanding toughness while constructing. The bendingradius is small(R=50D)and do not rebound. The stress of bending parts can be quickly relaxed to avoid the damages of sinuosity. The pipes can be operated conveniently in low temperature environment without pre-heating so the costs are reduced.
Shock resistance , high security.The low temperature of brittle cracking can reaches - 40 degrees Celsius.Can transportation, operation in low temperature environment.Have the ability to withstand major external shock, can prevent system damage caused by rough operation.
3. The pipes have excellent impact resistance and high safety. They can be constructed and transported in low temperature environment because the temperature of cryogenic embrittlement reaches up to - 40 Celsius degrees. Can be hot melt connection, easy installation and maintenance. Can be hot melt connection  in radiant floor heating project, If pipeline system damage caused by external force , which can take hot melt method of pipeline maintenance .It's convenient, fast, safe, don't need changing the entire heating tube.
