Geomembrane blown machine is one type machine which can produce geomembrane. The geomembrane produced by this machine have great horizontal and longitudinal tension, it's attribute to the reasonable blow up ration and traction speed.
The raw material of the geomembrane can be HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA. Usually people produce the geomembrane by using the compound of HDPE and LLDPE.

1. Traction speed: 1-30m/min depends the thicness of the geomembrane. 2. Traction roller: one steel roller with hard chrome plating, on NBR rubber roller,the hardness about 60 Shaw. 3. The roller's horizontal movement are controled by air cylinder, the clamp force is adjustable. |
Second traction device
1. The device can be used to guarantee the winding speed. 2. The traction rollers: the driven roller is steel roller, the passitive roller is rubber roller. The clamp force is adjustable. |
