Introduction of cutter suction dredger
1. Working conditions
1)Environment: the temperature no higher than 40 degrees Celsius in summer and not lower than -10 degrees Celsius in winter, the air humidity is no more than 40%, wind power does not exceed 6 in rivers.
2Riverrequirements: sand ratio is no less than 60% (clay content is no more than 10%, scree content is no more than 15%, gravel content is no more than 15% )
3)The ship diesel engine should apply to the CIS countries grade use of fuel, oil.
4The ship is equipped with nighttime lighting system suitable for all weather conditions and working uninterrupted.
5)2-3 person operate every time.
6)The dredger is equipped with safety barriers.

3. Working principle
First the hydraulic cutter in the ladder dredges clay below water, then dredged sand moved by the rotated cutter mixes with water and form liquid medium.Then the sand liquid in the inner cutter blade and beside the marine pump suction functioned by the fluid power of sand pump, enters sand pump, meanwhile, get some energy,at last, it is discharged to the destination through discharge pipe.
