Usage Scope
It is mainly used in BOPS, PVC,HIPS,PP, PET and so on various heating plastic of the packing of food and medicine and some other plastic products, as following: food box,cake box, fast food box, cake tray, super-market tray, medicine and injection tray, and orally fruid tray.

1. Width of forming can be adjusted freely on customer’s request.
2. Costing less scrap: 0.5cm on each side of our machine. But others' blister machine will cost at least
2cm each side, so totally 8cm scraps are going to be wasted.
3. Saving electricity: 4°/hour, Power consumption:7 KW
Others' blister machine: at least 30KW for powre consumption
4. Due to our thick heating plate, the sheet will be formed very precisely and products will be done
consistently both on the top and bottom;
5. High working efficiency:8-12molds/min
6. Large daily output:1.5tons for PVC material; 700-800kgs for PP&BOPS material.
