Automatic hydraulic high pressure thermoforming machine is a combination of machine, electricity, gas,hydraulic integration design.It is controlled by microcomputer programmable controller (PLC) and it has the function of man and machine interface conversation operation and Chain drive plate and tunnel type heating,It is a highly efficient plastic molding equipment with feedling plate,heating,moulding,and cutting in one-time completed.
It is mainly using for BOPS,PVC,HIPS,PSP,PP,PET etc various type of thermoplastic sheets and widly using for produce various plastic container,plastic tray,seedling tray for agriculture..Such as various type of take away food container,fast food container,Instant noodles bowl,pastry inner holding tray,Western food box,Ice cream cup,candy box,cake box,seedling tray and other seedling container for agriculture.
We can provide the machinces and the moulds and even the finished produces such as food packaging,seedling tray,other seedling container for agriculture and so on. We also accept customized order. You can provide us sample or drawing.We can develop new mould for your sepcial requiryment.
1. Width of forming can be adjusted freely on customer’s request.
2. Costing less scrap: 0.5cm on each side of our machine. But others' blister machine will cost at least 2cm each side, so totally 8cm scraps are going to be wasted.
3. Saving electricity: 4°/hour, Power consumption:7 KW.Others' blister machine: at least 30KW for powre consumption
4. Due to our thick heating plate, the sheet will be formed very precisely and products will be done consistently both on the top and bottom;
5. High working efficiency:8-12molds/min
6. Large daily output:1.5tons for PVC material; 700-800kgs for PP&BOPS material.
