--Our automatic plastic vacuum forming machine, is designed by integrately collecting machine,
electricity, gas. The temperature is controlled by PID. Heating and forming is one-time finished
in the same workstation. The machine can automatically send plastic sheet and cut off the whole
plate. It's very easy to operate this machine. The feature of our machine is power saving and
high speed. It's used for various thermoplastic sheet secondly hot forming.
--Usage range: It's mainly apply to BOPS,PVC, HIPS, PP, PET etc. thermoplastic sheets used to
make the packaging container of food, medicine and any other things. For example: food
box,cake box, fast food box, cake tray, super-market tray, medicine injection tray, and oral liquid tray.
1. Power saving: single machine running, it is 3 kw per hour. The electricity cost of whole production process
is 7KW per hour. Others' blister machine: at least 30KW for powre consumption
2. Leftover material saving: the leftover material is 5mm per side, if inputed raw material is 1000kg, the
finished product can be 900 kg. But others' blister machine will cost at least
2cm each side, so totally 8cm scraps are going to be wasted.
3. Worker saving: it doesn't need a master worker but a general worker during the whole production process
including stamping and packing product.
4. Stable performance: The operation is different from traditional high speed machine. It can be repaired,
mould changed, material changed, temperature controlled by skilled worker. The
magnetic valve our machine used is CKD SMC imported from Janpan, it makes our
machine much stabler.
5. Daily production: For example, it can produce small mooncake tray 500kg per 24 hours with BOPS sheet
material. It can produce 2ml medicine injection packing tray 1000kg per 24 hours with
PVC sheet material.
