Working principle of spiral lime slaker:

According to certain water feeding amount, the spray device sprays water to quicklime mixing tank after spraying, through the rotation of wear-resisting mixing blades by special design, the quick lime is mixed strongly and goes to procedures of melting, slaking, aging, and homogenization, and the mixing blades at the same time also promote the slaked hydrated lime powder to move forward.
