Description of Rotary Sludge Dryer
Working Principle of Rotary Cylinder Dryer
Rotary dryers consist of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.
Characteristics of Rotary Drum Sludge Dryer:
1. It adopts combined lifting system designed by our company, overcome the "wind tunnel" phenomenon of traditional dryers, high thermal efficiency, coal consumption reduced by 20% or so.
2. It’s applied to a variety of combustion furnaces, such as high temperature fluidized bed, the grinding powder coal stove and artificial coal stove.
3. The gear and pinion are pin column type which can be replaced, instead of the traditional steel casting gear, saving the cost of investment, and greatly reduces the maintenance cost and time.
4. The central control system, can realize large enterprises microcomputer central monitoring management.
5. The production capacity is larger, can do continuous operation;
