Rotary Tube Sand Dryer in Rational Design
1. Brief Introduction of rotary sand dryers:
The rotary sand dryer is a kind of machine which can process large amount of material. It has the advantages of reliable operation, large elasticity of operation, strong adaptability, large capacity, etc. The rotary sand dryer is suitable for drying granular materials in general, especially for drying river sand, yellow sand, quartz sand, which has very good drying excellent results. The rotary sand dryer can also be used to dry artificial sand, mineral powder, coal cinder, cement clinker, clay, gangue, mixed motar, fly ash, gypsum, limestone, etc.
2.Structure of Rotary Sand Dryers:
1, shell; 2, front roll ring; 3, rear roll ring; 4, gear; 5, block roller; 6, drag roller; 7, pinion 8, discharging part; 9, lifter; 10, speed reducer; 11, motor; 12, hot air furnace, 13, feed chute; 14 furnace body parts. We can also according to user requirements design coal gasifier, the combustion chamber, or bucket elevator, belt conveyor, constant feeder, cyclone, induced draft fan, etc.
3. Working principle of Rotary Sand Dryers:
The raw materials plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour that ultimatly discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dryed. After sand is dried by the dryer, usually cyclone is required to collect the material carried by hot air and to further reduce exhaust dust content, but also through the bag dust collector or put emissions after wet dust collector
