Flat Wagon for Bridge Beam
Flat wagon for bridge beam is a kind of heavy-duty wagon used for prefabricated bridge beam transportation on railway.
There are removable loading and reinforcement device for bridge (bridge support device) installed on the special wagon.
TL74 mainly consists of underframe, floor, beam support device, air braking system, hand braking device, container twist locking device, coupler and draft gear and bogie, etc.
1.Underframe
The underframe is all steel welded structure assembled by section steel and steel plate. It consists of center sill assembly, side sill assembly, central cross beam assembly, car body bolster assembly, end sill assembly, cross bearer, cross tie and longitudinal sill, etc. 1. Buffering stop device is installed on the end sill.
2.Floor
The floor is assembled and welded by 10mm steel floor and 5mm tear plate floor. The 10mm steel floor is in the middle of the underframe (between two cross bearers), and a mounting hole is drilled at installation position of the support device. There are two 5mm tear plates in the floor, one is between the car body bolster and the end sill, another part is between the car body bolster and the cross bearer.
3.Beam support device
The beam support device includes movable support device and fixed support device. The movable support device consists of steering plate base with oblong hole, movable steering plate and bridge support, etc. The fixed support device consists of steering plate base with round hole, fixed steering plate and bridge support, etc.
4.Air Braking System
The TL74 will be installed with the conventional single pipe gradual release automatic air brake incorporated with slack adjuster and automatic load brake device. Each wagon can be coupled with the air brake train. The application and release operation of the air brake system will be quick and uniform.
5.Hand Braking Device: NSW hand brake device is adopted.
6.Container Twist Locking Device
The container twist locking device is installed on the underframe, the lock is for ISO container and it could be twisted in situ.
7. Coupler and draft gear
At each end of the X70 will be provided with a high performance coupling device (high tensile couplers and high capacity draft gears) suitable for hauling in rake formation of heavy train as mentioned uphill at the maximum gradient.
8. Bogie
The propose bogie can be operated with safe high speed capability, greater stability in curve, hunting-free performance, wheel/rail wear reduction, improved ride quality and extended life cycle.
The bogie and its components will be designed to operate with lower maintenance cost between overhaul periods.
9. Warranty period: 12 monts,
Service life: 25 years.
Maintenance period 8 years.
10. Spare parts and techncial training is for free.
