1. Product Introduction
This productis one kind of multipurpose new screening machine .The material movement path has the many kinds of adjustments form ,the equipment compatibility remarkably increases . The material discharges directly , so the processing ability can be dramatically upgraded .Ts-1000 sieve ,with mesh 24 item ,is used to manufactur instant coffee,noodles using wheat flour ,to eliminate and loose flour mixture . The processing ability can achieve 350Kg/150 second . It is usually equipped in the industry of bread flour, starch, laundry powder , metal powder , chemical additive , non-mine and so on ,to sieve raw or fine material ,to precisely sieve , with high productivity and easy to be combined with production line . You can have more choice of model size between 600mm to 1800mm .

3.Daily maintenance:
1. before running
(1) To check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is damage
(2) Each group clamps is locking.
2. Running
(1) Notice any abnormal noises
(2) Electric current is stable
(3) Whether the vibration is abnormal.
3. after running
(1) After used clean up the vibration every time
(2) To inspect regularly the coarse mesh, fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage
(3) Whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.
(4) Need to add the site to be the lubricating oil
