1. Operating principle
- SZS series vibrating screen have two vibration sources.
- The two horizontal vibration motors on both sides of the vibrating screen serve as the vibration sources.
- After entering into the vibrating screen, under the force of the vibration source, material would move along a certain path on the surface of the screen meshes.
- While moving at high speed in a back and forth way, the material are being stripped, broken and recombined by the vibration force, so that they could be filtered quickly, those that could not be filtered would be discharged out through the discharge hole. This completes the screening process.
2. Structure of the screening device
See the following chart. Screen meshes, supporting frames and hoppers in all types of our products are made of austenitic stainless steel( 304, 316) and other components are made of ether austenitic stainless steel( 304, 316) or plain carbon steel. The device is circular in shape. The electrical motors are installed on both sides of the device. The discharge hole could be rotated 360°.
