Operating Principle of the linear screen equipment:
Our series linear vibrating screen is composed of a screen box, screen frame, vibration motor, damping system and mountings and other components. It is the vibration motor as vibration source, so that materials in the screen to be tossed, and at the same time, move forward in a straight line on the screen, then the materials from the feeder are discharged from their respective export separately.
Application of the linear screen equipment:
Linear vibrating screen is suitable to sieving and grading powder or granule, widely used in many industries, such as ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, plastic, grinding, mining, chemical, medicine, building material, and fertilizer industries. Vibratory screens can be provided with dust proof cover as required. Vibrating screen can be supplied of different sizes depending upon capacity required. They can also handle slightly wet material.
