Summary description

 

Screw conveyor consists of local-body, feed inlet & outlet and drive equipment. The spiral blade of screw conveyor has three types: entity-helicoids, band-helicoids, vane-helicoids. Thereinto, vane-helicoids is not applied widely and it is mainly used for conveying the high-viscosity and condensable material. Simultaneity it can agitate and mix the materials during completing the conveying work.

Compares with other equipments, screw conveyor has advantages of small dimension of section of full machine, good seal capability, balanced and credible running, multipoint loading & unloading, safety operating and simply maintenance etc.

 

The environment temperature for using screw conveyor usually is -20~50°C. Thereinto, the temperature of materials conveyed by horizontal screw conveyor should be less than 200°C, the conveying slope angle β should be less than 20° and the conveying distance should be less than 40m but not over 70m. The materials temperature of vertical screw conveyor should be less than 80°C and the lifting height should be less than 8m.

 

Because of the applied scope and function of screw conveyor, when choosing the type, customer should refer the conveying conditions and using environment to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration, which to avoid the unnecessary trouble and loss.

Screw conveyor is state designed product. The conveyors of GX, LS and LC own mature & steady technology and become standard conveying equipment gradually.

 

The spiral diameter of LS screw conveyor is between 100~1250mm, totally 11 specifications. Its driving modes include single-end drive and double-end drive. The airframe length of LS screw conveyor takes each 0.5m as a gear. It can compose a corresponding conveying system according to the different scene needing and used for one-way conveying which horizon or slope angle are less than 20° as same as GX screw conveyor.

 

LC vertical screw conveyor, in vertical or with big slope angle way, is fitting to convey the dry material of powder, particle and materials which is not too viscously or loose thickness within 0.5~1.3. LC vertical screw conveyor has three finalized specifications which diameters are 200, 250, 315 etc. The maximum lifting height is less than 8m, and its airframe height takes each 0.5m as a gear, which can composed a corresponding lifting system according to different scene needing.
