1. Application:
Featured with easy and stable operation, Root hydraulic three roller mill is mainly used for various paste such as printing ink, paint, coating and pigment, digital printing ink, solvent ink, water-based ink, water-based paint, automobile Amending Paste, Nanometer material etc. The three roller mill can achieve superfine grinding by mutual extrusion and friction of the three rollers.
2. Machine Features:
1) Double-blade pump and hydraulic. Easier for operation and maintenance.
2) Highly integrated hydraulic components, resulting in efficient connection of pipes and reliable operation of the whole system. All valves are installed into compact block, which makes maintenance easier.
3) The three roller mill is installed with ultrasonic monitoring system to supervise the material level
4) High security property. When cooling water stops or roll is temperature is too high, system will automatically stop quickly.
5) With special material, the noise of whole hydrulic three roller mill will be controlled under 80dB.
