Root Hydraulic Three Roller Mill
Application:
Featured with easy and stable operation, Root hydraulic three roller mill is mainly used for various paste such as printing ink, paint, coating and pigment etc. It can achieve fine grinding by mutual extrusion and friction of the three rollers.
Machine Features:
- Double-blade pump and hydraulic. Easier for operation and maintenance.
- Highly integrated hydraulic components, resulting in efficient connection of pipes and reliable operation of the whole system. All valves are installed into compact block, which makes maintenance easier.
- Installed with ultrasonic monitoring system to supervise the material level
- High security property. When cooling water stops or roll is temperature is too high, system will automatically stop quickly.
- With special material, the noise of whole machine will be controlled under 80dB.
