Discription of the product
Titanium carbide bar can be used in very poor working conditions in order to improve the life of the workpiece. Since the titanium carbide has a strong high temperature corrosion resistance, so that titanium carbide products are also used in a high temperature corrosive environment .

Titanium carbide bars is more harder than cemented carbide material, compared with cemented carbide,it can get more better surface finish from low speed to high-speed processing in the same high temperatures. It have more Longer life in high speed finishing process, compared with coated cemented carbide, it more suitable for light cutting (finishing). Under the same cutting conditions, the wear resistance of the surface is more better.
