Discription of the product
Cermet carbide rods are made of ceramic raw materials and metal.It have the advantage of both metal and ceramic,it have the same high wear resistance and high bending resistance as the metal material,also have high temperature resistance, high strength resistance,oxidation resistance as the ceramic material, The welding rods can be devided into two catogaries, one is grounded, the other one is ungrounded. we can produce different sizes of rods according to customers' special requirements or drawings.
Applications
Cermet Carbide welding rods are suitable for the manufacturing of vrious kinds of solid cermet
carbide tools for the machining of heat-resistant Ti alloy, etc. It's also suitable for micro-drills used for machining PCB.
