Brief Introduction of New design Best service1ton 2 ton 3 ton engine crane
This model overhead crane is composed by main girder, end carriages, crane driving device, trolley and hoist, which mainly match CD1 and MD1 type Electric Hoist.
Its work conditions: -20 - 40degrees, working duty: A3- A5, Operate method by Electric WIre with suspend handle , or remote control, or cabin control.
This type crane is mainly use in normal machinery manufacturing and places like assembling plants, storage houses, tor transport, load and unload materials.
This type Crane is not suitable to work in burnable and explosible medium or in places which have high humidity and acid, alkali gases, Nor is suitable to lift and transport melted metals, poison and burnable materials.
Method of control
Ground control and air control. There are open and closed styles for driver’s cabin; it could be divided into left and right installation according to practical situations.
Ground control: 1. Pendant line control 2. Remote control
Air control: 1. Cabin control
Safety features
1.Overload protection: if the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
2.Emergency brake: if he operation staff encounter some emergency situation, we could start the emergency brake system to protection the related treasure.
3.Control method: room control or remote control to avoid any injures to the operation staff.
4.Main lifting motor: with the thermal protection and currency protection
5.Hooks with latch, rubber buffers, protective earthing, crane switch and travel end switch.
6.Sub-assemblies characteristic are tested before assembly.
