1. Application and brief introduction
It is used for teaching, scientific research and production.
It is mainly used for nonmetal materials, carbon composite materials, ceramic materials and metal powder materials hot-press sintering experiments in vacuum or protected atmosphere.
2.Main functions
Hot pressing sintering in vacuum below 2200°C
Hot-pressing sintering in protected atmosphere below 2200°C
High precision control system (precision control hot press sintering temperature, pressure, suppression rate).
The equipment has up and down suppress oils,the working pressure can be adjusted according to customers’ technical requirements;
Temperature is adjustable, it can remains at a constant data for a peroid.
3.Main configuration and technical requirements
Temperature 1600 °C-2200 °C, the highest temperature 2800°C
Load warming time ≤10 hours, load cooling time 20 hours.
Temperature uniformity≤ ±20°C(2200°C)
Limit vacuum depends on the technical requirements.
The vacuum system use high vacuum system ,include ROM dimitrios pump units, rotary vane pumps, vacuum measuring device and manual vacuum valve. The highest vacuum can reach 1 * 10-3Pa.
Pressure increase rate, 6Pa/h.
Workspace size, DIA100mm -DIA600mm x H450mm (according to customers’requirements).
Pressure: 10 tons -300 tons (according to customers’ requirements).
