Working principle of FDG Series Vacuum Freeze Dryer
The freezing dryer sublimes the moisture in the materials containing water from the solid state to the gas state under the low temperature freezing status and vacuum condition after the materials containing water are subjected to the pre-treatment so as to remove the moisture and preserve the materials.
The whole processing line including the following parts
1. pretreatment system
2. freezing and drying tank
3. heating system
4. vacuum system
5. refrigeration system
6. material conveyor
7. control system
