This digestor (digital display) is controled by singlechip which makes the well-type heater equip with more advances. Sample in digestion tube which is inserted in heater will get well heat effect and catalyzer expedites digestion to save more time. Harmful gas such as SO2 come out from digestion tube will be taken into sewer by the drain outlet on the tube through exhaust 3-way (also can be collected by vacuum pump and bottle), it efficiently prevent harmful gas from being released as well as getting rid of gas exhausting facility. Sample will be well digested after 40 minutes (according to the N content).
Instruction
1. Reagent
H2SO4 (density: 1.84g/cm3)
Catalyzer: Se and waterless Na2SO4 (1:1000) or Se and CuSO4
2. Digestion
a. Take the sample which is grinded and past through the sifter with 40~60 eye/inch for 0.5~1g into each clean and dry digestion tube, add catalyzer for 5g and H2SO4 for 10ml, put the digestion tubes into each hole on digestion rack and then be placed on digester, turn on the water faucet on exhaust 3-way to enable it in air inhaling, connect with power and keep the temperature on 450 Celsius by digital display to prevent the reagent from being splashed out at the beginning. After 40 munites, take the rack off and check if the reagents on the bottom of digestion tubes are limpid, if not, get on with digestion for 20 munites until they are limpid.
b. Shutdown
c. Disconnect from power, turn off the water faucet, and clean the equipment.
Notice
a. Increase the presure of water supply if gas comes out when digest.
b. Clean the digestion seal ring when test is finshed to prolong its lifetime.
