1.General Structure

The wastewater grinders are assembled by motot,reducer,gear box,plc,cutting chamber,mechnical seal,shell etc.

2.principle

The power from the motor buffered by the reducer actuates the driving shaft. Then the driving shaft actuates the driven shaft so that two groups of cutters equipped in the driving shaft and the driven shaft rotate in opposite directions. When the captured solids enter the cutting chamber the solids are grinding and crushing into tiny particles.And the fluid flows through the space between cutters, side rails and drums .

• Cutter and spacer: alloy steel 4130 with surface harden evenly.
• Side rail,shell and housing: Ductile cast iron ASTMA536
• Mechanicals seal:Tungsten carbide faces
• Shaftless drum:Stainless steel 304
• Rubber parties:Buna-N
• Installation frame: Stainless steel 304

4.Control System Function

• PLC electrical control cabinet.Indoor type and outdoor type optional.
• MODBUS standard field bus Communication interface and remote controllable 
• Leakage, Over Capacity, Overheating, Short Out and Lack of phase  protection
