• The big item shall be packed in PVC film while  the small item shall be packed in wooden case.
• The packing is to secure fully safety of the goods from any kind of damage and corrosion during transportation by sea & road.
• Before packing the appropiate antirust and protective measures for goods are to be taken.
• The detailed packing list described name of equipment,space parts,quantity and weight shall be issued.

  A:In the guarantee time 12 months,our general after-sale service is  changing the damaged parts for the customers,but if the damage can be repaired by slight cost,we would wait for the customer’s bill for the fix cost and refund this part of cost.(note:vulnerable part do not include)
