Standard Work Flow of Egg Carton Box Making Machine
1.) Forming system include forming machine,vacuum pump,vacuum container,self absorbing pump, air compressor,air tank,clean water pump, forming mould, transferring mould.
2.) Pulp making system include hydraulic pulper, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, stirrer, pulp making control system.
3.) Drying system include blower, burner, conveyer, drying control system.
4.) Packing System: Automatic stacking and counting machine.
Forming machine
Consist of 1pc of forming platen and 1 pc of transfering platen.
Forming efficiency:5-6cycles/min;
Equiped with vacuum auto draining system;auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.

Pulping system
Pulp system is mainly comprised of hydrapulper, pulp pump, multifunctional refiner andblender, control cabinet ect.
Moulding system
Molding system is the main system for pulp waste making egg tray machine ,it mainly include automatic egg tray molding machine,egg tray forming mold,vacuum pump,it's for forming and mold egg tray.
Drying line
Drying line developed by our company adopts international advanced technology, combines advantages of drying line from domestic and aborad, energy saving abvious, up to the world advanced level. The heat source of drying line may be nature gas, heat-transfer oil or fuel oil.
